Our Team
Kizzy M. Dominguez, Ph.D.
Managing Venturer
Inspired by her father, Dr. Dominguez always knew that she wanted to be a psychologist and an entrepreneur. The simple but powerful concept, “it’s all about empowering others,” was instilled in her from a young age and became the motivation behind KPC.
To pursue these dreams, Kizzy earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. Immediately following graduation, she decided to combine her background and passions with her entrepreneurial spirit to found KPC in 2008.
Within a year, the company landed its first large contract which took KPC to the next level. Since then, Kizzy and her “Difference Makers” have trained, coached, and empowered leaders, middle managers, and front-line employees. Kizzy's passion for igniting human potential and making a difference in the lives of her clients has made KPC a dominant force in the industry.
Lori Davis
AmPar JV Program Manager
Ms. Lori Davis brings over 25 years of expertise in project management, business, and human resources management, along with the insight, vision, and enthusiasm necessary to garner impressive results. A native of Washington, D.C., Lori started her career in special education and human resources before moving to the non-profit sector, working as Ombudsman at the American Nurses Association. During her tenure, she was instrumental in engineering a major reorganization to the organization's fiscal viability.
Lori then began working at Amen Ra Films, where she worked in all facets of film production, project management, budgeting, and marketing. Simultaneously, Lori served as President/CEO of Vidya Group Inc., a full service management agency comprised of Vidya Talent, which represented union and non-union talent for film, television, theater (stage and musical), commercials, voice over, and print, and Vidya Business, which offered a range of services including monthly bookings, payroll, accounts payable, business consulting, and management.
Currently, Lori oversees the day-to-day operations of client engagements valued over $15 million. Lori enhances loyalty through outreach, interaction, and continuous improvement of services. In addition to researching and responding to client needs, Lori works with KPC and AMTIS leadership to promote the organizations' products, services, and accomplishments and also assists with business development.
